National Esports Championship 2020 | Winner to Represent India in World Esports championship in Israel

The Esports Federation of India is holding the qualifiers, National Esports Championships, for the Esports World Championship.

DOTA 2, Tekken7 and PES2020 were the titles played. The winner of each game will get chance to represent India at the International Esports Federation (IESF) organised 12th Esports World Championship which will take place in Eilat, Israel at the end of the year. This was the qualifiers for the 12th Esports World Championship.

PES2020

The winner of PES2020 at the Grand Finals of the National Esports Championship 2020 was Moinuddin (Moin Amdani) who is also the defending champion of 2019.

The game structure was double elimination between 16 Players, Moinuddin did not drop a single game till the grand finals where he lost the first game of the BO3, came back strong winning the next 2 rounds and the series.

Tekken7

Tejan nailed it by winning NESC20, he will be representing India for the fourth consecutive time as the IESF World Esports Championship. Rohit Jain was placed second and gave a tough competition to Tejan. We wish him the best of luck at the world tournament.

DOTA2

2 of the best Dota2 teams in India went head to head at the NESC 2020.

Team Randoms won a close match against Team Whoops! (2-1). This will be first time Team India will have DOTA2 Roaster also for the World Championship. Congrats to Randoms and a good fight put up by GG Team Whoops!

Both teams had Highly skilled players, infact Team Whoops was the favorite going into the tournament, with players NO_chance, Blizzard, A35 and Moon. Team Randoms had Passol,zxc Madara, zapheto, flamy and DarkX. Dark x and mandara played their roles perfectly and were able to carry their team vs Whoops.
