Meanwhile, Devon Conway played an excellent knock of 92 runs which helped him get to the third spot in the Orange Cap race. 1. Faf du Plessis: RCB captain Faf du Plessis is leading the race, notching up 422 runs in IPL 2023. He is the first man in IPL 2023 to cross the 400+ mark.
2. Virat Kohli: Back in form and leading the RCB charge, Virat Kohli is eying another 600+ runs season. He has already smashed 333 runs in 8 innings with 4 half-centuries. He has also improved his strike rate to 142.35.
3. Shubman Gill: GT opener Shubman Gill played a few decent knocks in last couple of games against. The right-handed batter has so far amassed 333 runs at a decent strike rate of 142.31.
4. Ruturaj Gaikwad: Conway’s opening partner Ruturaj Gaikwad is also having a fabulous season with the bat. Tge youngster has amassed 317 runs in 8 matches and has been unstoppable.

6. Yashasvi Jaiswal: Young RR opener Yashasvi Jaiswal completed 300 runs in IPL 2023. The opener played a brilliant knock for Rajasthan to help them post a big total against CSK.
7. Kyle Mayers – The LSG opener has scored 297 runs in 8 matches which includes four half-centuries. He smashed a 20-ball fifty in the game against Punjab Kings.
8. Venkatesh Iyer – The KKR all-rounder has slipped to 8th with few quiet innings. Iyer has scored 285 runs in 8 matches.
