Series on the line, Rohit Virat to return, Dravid halts WC experiment for result
India Playing XI: With the India vs West Indies series level at 1-1, changes are in order. Captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are all set to return for the decider on Tuesday. Rahul Dravid will shun his experimentation in a bid to secure the bilateral series result. West Indies have not beaten India in 17 years, and Rohit and Co will be aiming to keep hold of the record.

India had rested their two maverick batters for the 2nd ODI but the game did not go as planned. After a 90-run stand at the top, India collapsed to only manage 181. West Indies in response chased down the total with relative ease. Now with the decider coming up, both Rohit and Virat will naturally slot back into the XI.
Rohit and Virat’s return would mean Suryakumar Yadav or Sanju Samson would have to miss out. The team management however is eager for SKY to fulfil a role as finisher. It could mean Samson could return to the bench. However, with Ishan Kishan having played games on the tour and done well, Rohit could opt for the left-hander to take a rest with Samson featuring as a keeper-bat. The Kerala born batter is much more natural in a middle order role than the left-hander.
