RCB pip MI, CSK to become most valuable brand after IPL 2025, PBKS highest growing

Royal Challengers Bengaluru has been assessed as the most valuable brand at $269 million after IPL 2025, as per a Houlihan Lokey report. RCB, who have probably one of the biggest fan bases among other sides, ended their 17-year-wait to finally lift the IPL trophy earlier in June 2025. RCB has pipped the likes of stalwarts like Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings to top the list of teams with most brand value while Lucknow Super Giants languish at the bottom of the table.

RCB most valued brand in IPL in 2025

As per the report, RCB’s brand value grew by 18.5% from $227 million in 2024 to $269 million in 2025. MI are second on the list, having witnessed a 18.6% growth from $204 million in 2024 to $242 million in 2025. Five-time champions CSK slipped in the rankings, as the brand managed to see only a 1.7% growth from $231 million to $235 million.

The report further states that Punjab Kings (PBKS) are the highest growing brand. The team, which was valued at $101 million in 2024, saw a meteoric 39.6% growth in 2025 and is currently valued at $141 million after IPL 2025. LSG is the least valuable brand among other IPL teams despite witnessing a 34.1% growth from $91 million in 2024 to $122 million in 2025.
