In what comes as a massive relief to CSK supporters, their biggest superstar, MS Dhoni is certain to play in the IPL 2026. Franchise CEO confirmed this at an event on Wednesday, that the keeper-batter is here to stay, for at least another season. But he did not specify, till when he will be around.

It is becoming clearer by the day that Mohammed Shami is in no kind of reckoning, when it comes to India selection. Despite bagging 15 wickets in the first two Ranji Trophy matches for Bengal, Ajit Agarkar & Co. did not select the pacer in the 15-member squad for the South Africa series.
