Most expensive overseas players at IPL 2026 auction

Mini auctions are always a great place to be in, especially for the foreign players, where they tend to make a lot of money, as per the requirements of different teams. The IPL 2026 auction was no different, where a host of overseas players got heavy pay cheques. As expected, Cameron Green was the most expensive on the list — fetching a total of INR 25.20 Cr by KKR.

In fact, that was just the start of what was to come. Sri Lanka pacer Matheesha Pathirana made the list of most expensive as well, as he was bagged for a serious amount of 18 Cr. So, on that note, InsideSport takes a look at the most expensive overseas buys at IPL 2026 auction.
