KSCA & RCB not on same page

The RCB and KSCA are yet to finalise the M Chinnaswamy Stadium as the home base for IPL 2026. The Karnataka government has granted a conditional approval, and KSCA is expected to meet the demands by the end of the month. But RCB isn’t willing to take any risk and wants an unconditional clearance from the government.

India’s plan for Tilak Varma

Tilak Varma’s slow knocks have become a talking point before the Super 8. It turns out, they are by design. Suryakumar Yadav has revealed that the management has instructed Tilak to consolidate if the team loses a couple of wickets. The Indian captain added that Tilak doesn’t want to bat that way, but that’s the role he’s been assigned.

Mohammed Siraj injured

On the eve of the India vs South Africa match, the Men in Blue suffered an injury scare. Training at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Mohammed Siraj was hit in the knee. Bowling to Hardik Pandya in the nets, Siraj hobbled off the field after Pandya struck a shot in his direction.

Rajasthan Royals have agreed to play 4 home matches in Jaipur in IPL 2026. After a meeting between RR chairperson Ranjit Barthakur and Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, RR decided against moving away from Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Stadium. RR will play the remaining 3 matches at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati.

Indian women have claimed a 2-1 series victory over the Australian women. This marks Australia’s first series defeat at home in 9 years. 2017 was the last time Australia lost any series, across formats, in their backyard. After beating Australia in the ODI World Cup, India has now handed them another disappointment.

Harry Brook backs Pakistan cricketers

Amid reports that four The Hundred franchises with links to the IPL will shadow ban Pakistani cricketers at the auction on March 12 in London, England’s ODI and Test captain Harry Brook stated that if it indeed happens, it’ll be a real shame.
