India’s fixtures in the Super 8 stage of the T20 World Cup 2026 have been finalized, with the defending champions set to face two in-form teams in the next two weeks. Australia have been knocked out of the T20 World Cup for the first time since 2009. Meanwhile, Cricket Australia is looking to intertwine the Indian market by hosting a Big Bash League (BBL 16) game in India. India’s Super 8 schedule

India begin the proceedings with South Africa on Feb 22 in Ahmedabad. They play their next match vs Zimbabwe on Feb 26 and the last encounter will be against West Indies, to seal a spot in the semis. See full schedule here.

Australia cricket team have become the latest side to be knocked out of the T20 World Cup 2026. This comes after the game between Zimbabwe and Ireland at the Pallekele Stadium in Kandy was abandoned without a ball being bowled, which means ZIM become the 7th side to seal their spot in the Super 8 stage. Read more here.
